Who we are
This website is operated by Ark Fiduciaire SA, Geneva, Switzerland, under the name Switzerland Residency. We are responsible for the processing of personal data described here, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form and messages
When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, your message and, if you choose to include it, your eligibility check result. We use this information only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal.
Form submissions are transmitted through Formspark, a form processing service. If you contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes your message.
Eligibility check
The eligibility check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or to anyone else. If you choose to pass your result to the contact form, it is kept temporarily in your browser's session storage and deleted when you close the tab.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read and whether the eligibility check is completed. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
We never send the content of your answers or messages to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Retention
We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the periods required by Swiss law. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to us via the contact form on this website. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.
